600 MW机组燃用印尼煤制粉系统安全措施探析
- 摘要:
- 印尼煤属于高挥发分、低灰分、低灰熔点、高水分、中高硫分的烟煤,具有极强的爆炸性。国华粤电台山发电公司(台山电厂)通过一年的燃用试验研究及对燃烧系统的调整试验发现,送风量控制在100~110 t/h范围内,挡板开度为50%,磨煤机出口风温控制在60~65 ℃左右可保证制粉系统安全运行。
