- 某电厂将HP1003中速磨煤机的离心式分离器改造为旋转式分离器后,进行了磨煤机性能试验,明确了旋转分离器转速对煤粉细度、煤粉均匀性指数、磨煤机电流及差压的影响。试验结果表明,改为旋转分离器后,煤粉细度的可调范围增大,磨煤机出口各支粉管的煤粉分配均匀性得到明显改善,煤粉分配最大偏差较改造前减小了20%。
