- 华能大连电厂二期1 150 t/h锅炉配置4台MPS-89G型中速磨煤机。为提高磨煤机适应煤质变化的能力,将 A磨煤机原有的挡板式分离器改造为新型旋转式分离器。改造后采用山西大友煤作为试验煤种,确定磨煤机在不同出力下满足设计煤粉细度的分离器运行曲线,当煤种变化时可通过调整试验煤种分离器运行曲线来保证煤粉细度。改造后的性能试验表明:磨煤机旋转式分离器具有根据锅炉运行情况实时调整煤粉细度的能力,但随着煤粉变细,磨煤单耗略有增加。
