- 针对采用HT-NR3旋流燃烧器锅炉存在的水冷壁以及侧墙高温腐蚀、燃烧器喷口烧损等问题,将燃烧器扩口角度从45°改为35°,并对这2种不同扩口角度的HT-NR3燃烧器进行冷态试验研究。结果表明,与采用45°扩口的燃烧器相比,采用35°扩口燃烧器的回流区和出口气流扩展角均较小,外二次风旋流叶片的调节范围更广,对煤种的适应性更强,可有效防止燃烧器喷口结渣和烧毁,提高燃烧的稳定性,有利于降低NOx的排放。
